I was on the NPR website and came across an article about a blog called Inside Insides. This side has animated MRI images of food from Andy Ellison. From the NPR article he said that he uses the fruit to tune the machine and perform quality tests. Check out the website for more scans, but I'm seeing fun inspirations for beads (especially murrini).
